Include your phone model, Android version, game version and the steps that led to the issue. A screenshot or short recording can help. Never send passwords, payment-card details or private keys.
Release status: Crown or Curse is preparing for its Android release. Live purchases and live rewarded ads are disabled until configuration and testing are complete. A debug test ad earns no reward and generates no revenue.
Before you venture forth
How do I play on a phone?
Hold your phone upright. Your hero attacks automatically. Tap Ward just before an enemy strikes, use your class skill when ready, and tap a foe to change targets in group battles. The incoming-attack indicator points to the next threat. Pause whenever you need a break.
How do I protect or move my progress?
In version 2.0, open Sound & Settings and choose Export backup. Save the JSON file somewhere safe. On the other device, choose Import backup at camp and review the preview before restoring. An import replaces local progress; the previous save is retained locally as a recovery copy. Use Undo last import in Settings to preview and restore that copy. Test-profile backups stay separate from normal play.
Progress is stored on your device. Uninstalling, clearing app data or losing the device can remove it. Google sign-in does not automatically back up expeditions. Backups do not verify purchases.
Where are my purchased heroes?
When purchases become available, use Restore purchases at camp with the Google Play account that made the purchase and the same connected game account. Verification requires a connection. For a purchase problem, contact support with the Google Play order reference; do not send card details. Clearing a game account does not cancel or refund a Google Play transaction.
The game stutters or becomes quiet
Pause and reopen the game, check Sound & Settings, and try Reduce motion. If the issue continues, send your phone model, Android version, whether the device was warm, and where it happened. Your report helps us distinguish rendering, audio and device-specific problems.
What about ads and privacy?
Rewarded ads are optional when enabled. Privacy choices are available in Settings when required by the ad service. Read the privacy policy for how connected features work.
